Beetroot Tahini Dip


Arden’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil Breadsticks
250g peeled cooked beetroot
1 small garlic clove, peeled and crushed
75g tahini
125ml sour cream
2 tablespoons lime juice
Freshly ground salt and pepper to taste


1. Place the beetroot, garlic clove, tahini, sour cream, lime juice and seasoning in a food processor and process until smooth.

Serve with olive oil and Arden’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil Breadsticks
