Feta & Herb Hummus

- Arden’s Mediterranean Tomato & Basil Twists
- 1 x 400g cannellini beans
- 150g feta cheese
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 25g shelled pistachios
- A generous handful of fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
1. Drain and rinse the beans.
2. Tip into a food processor with the feta cheese, lime juice, garlic, pistachios and mint.
3. Add the water, oil and yoghurt. Blend until smooth.
4. Season with freshly ground salt and pepper.
